INDUSCAN'S CUSTOMIZED TECHNICAL COURSES
(PLACEMENT GUARANTEED COURSES)
It is a new concept in technical education for students after their plus two to meet the challenges of the day for employment and entrepreneurship. Aim is to prepare students and to make them proficient in different engineering skills so as to enable them to secure employment easily. There are three steps of training.
First step of training is for Skilled Technician, second step for Skilled Supervisor/ Inspector and the third step is for Product/Project Manager as per aptitude, interest and calibre of the students.
Induscan's Skilled Technician
(Termination Step 1- Skill Level 4)
The selected student should undergo the first four Modules to complete the Level 4 studies. During this period, he/she undergoes practical oriented training in various concepts of Engineering Such as Engineering drawings, Metallurgy, Materials Science, Marking, Cutting, Drilling, Fabrication, Wiring, Cable joining, Welding, Brazing, NDT, Quality Control tests, Computer software, Hard ware, information technology, Operation and Maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics machineries, Industrial Safety and Disaster Management in the level of a technician. Duration training 10 months. Methodology of study is 30% theory and 70% Practical classes.
Skilled Technician (Skill Level 4.A)
Up on completion of fourth module, those who want to terminate their study to work as "skilled technician" shall opt for modules 4.A to specialise in their interested subject and develop skill to suit employment. Duration of module 4.A is 2 months. Methodology of study is 30 % theory and 70% hands on project classes.
Pre Admission Counselling
Pre admission counselling (One day) will be arranged in the institute to explain the course content, course benefit, course fee, joining process, methodology of training, stipend, employment, answer to questions etc. Counselling dates will be published as per schedule of batches. Registration fee for counselling is Rs 100/- (Rupees one hundred only). On line registration form for counselling is available in website.
Eligibility Criteria for Course Admission
The applicant shall have passed PLUS TWO from Government approved higher secondary school and shall have attended the preadmission counselling at Induscan to get eligibility for course admission. Marks obtained or group of plus two educations is not a matter of consideration for course admission.

Induscan's Skilled Supervisor/Inspector
(Termination Step 2- Skill Level 7)
Course of Induscan's Skilled Supervisor/Inspector is the continuation of Customized Technician-Skill level 4. Students shall continue with module 5, module 6 and module 7 to complete the Step 2 studies. During this period of study, he/she undergoes practical oriented training in the level of a Supervisor / Inspector. Duration of training is 10 months Methodology of study is 40% theory plus 60% Practical classes.
Skilled Supervisor (Skill Level 7.A)
Up on completion of seventh module those who want to terminate their study to work as "skilled supervisors" shall opt for module 7.A to specialise in their interested subject and develop skill to suit employment. Duration is 2 months. Methodology of study is 40 % theory and 60% hands on project classes.

Induscan's Product/Project Manager
(Termination Step 3) (Skill Level 9)
This course is the continuation of Skilled Supervisor. Students who want to study after module 7 shall continue module 8 and 9 to complete step 3 studies. During this period of study, he/she undergoes practical oriented training in various concepts of Engineering Such as Engineering Design, Project Planning, Estimation and Costing, Man Power Management, Progress Monitoring, Material Procurement, Project execution, Welding procedures, Process Piping, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Business Management, Industrial Safety and Disaster Management in the level of an Engineer/Manager. Duration of Step 3 is 8 months. Methodology of study is 50% theory and 50% Practical classes.
Customized Skilled Engineer (Skill Level 9.A)
Up on completion of ninth module, those who want to work as "Product /Project Manager" shall opt for modules 9A to specialise in their interested areas such as Design, Planning, Construction, QA&QC etc., to develop skill to suit employment. Duration of module 9A is one month. Methodology of study is 50 % theory and 50% hands on project classes.
